Cowra Motorcycle Racing Club Overview

Formed in 1997, originally as Cowra Longtrack Club, the Cowra Motorcycle Racing Club has been growing steadily each year. The club's race track is situated in Woodstock Village (Purcell Drive, Woodstock NSW 2793), 20 kilometers east of Cowra and 75 kilometers west of Bathurst on the Mid Western Highway in NSW, Australia. Directions to the track are well-signposted from the Woodstock turnoff on the Mid Western highway.

The club hosts Dirt Track and Long Track events typically on the last Sunday of each month from February to October, along with Junior & Senior Speedway Meetings throughout the season. The tracks comprise watered crushed granite with the following dimensions:

• Long Track: 800 meters
• Dirt Track: 850 meters
• Senior Speedway Track: 310 meters
• Junior Speedway Track: 110 meters

Known for its safety, the circuit features large runoff areas, reducing the risk of riders colliding with immovable objects. The facilities are top-notch, including a modern canteen, amenities block, and extensive pit and spectator areas.

For all Dirt Track club days, gates open at 7:30 am, with rider sign-on and scrutineering from 8:00 am until 9:00 am.

The race track is located in the Village of Woodstock 75kms west of Bathurst on the Mid-western Highway in NSW.
The club conducts Dirt Track and Longtrack Track, usually on the last Sunday of the month
The surface is watered crushed granite and the main track is 800m in length
The junior track/senior speedway track is 450m and the junior speedway track is approx 130m
The circuit is considered as one of the safest in the country
