The Mud N Tars Motorcycle Club boasts two permanent tracks: a dedicated dirt track at Day Rd, Victor Harbor, where their club rooms are located, and a motocross track at Range Rd, Parawa. Additionally, the club has access to several enduro tracks, sanctioned by Motorcycling SA. They support both road track development and road legal riding among their Road Riding members.

The dirt track consists of left and right-hand bends of graded dolomite.

In adherence to the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport, the club prioritizes safety in all activities. Each ride and race event is overseen by qualified officials, many of whom hold State and National level licenses. These officials are essential for maintaining a safe environment for both riders and visitors. The club actively seeks volunteers to assist with officiating at events and offers training and learning opportunities during ride and race days.

Racing on this track is in an anti-clockwise direction. The Day Road Dirt Track is home to the Mud n Tars Motorcycle Club dirt track members.

The club's history dates back to 1986, initially focusing on enduro events for senior riders in the Fleurieu region. A few years later, they established a motocross track at Back Valley (Whites Valley) and hosted the State Titles. In the early 1990s, the club merged with the Victor Harbor Mini Bike Club, acquiring the Day Rd complex where their dirt track and club rooms now stand. Notable riders who started as juniors at the club include Casey Stoner (Moto GP), Broc Parkes (World Supersport), Anthony West (Moto GP), and Brett Metcalfe (AMA motocross & supercross), with Stoner winning a national title at Day Rd on his 60cc machine.
